Not "short bus" slow, but actually physically slow. Some might see this as a disadvantage in life. Others might use this amazing power to fight crime or perform great feats.

Reginald uses it to cross busy streets right when the red hand starts flashing.

Jimmy the Monkey is not a talented professor of economics at Stanford, nor is he a wisecracking sidekick.

He's a skiddish monkey. That means that he's generally shocked easily.

Plain and simple: lots of biting, and don't wear anything you can't get monkey poop out of.
